What happens after I place my order?
I will send a payment confirmation email, along with next steps.  

When will I receive my new resume?
Turnaround is 2 weeks.

Will you be writing my resume?
Yes.  

When do we speak?
We have a brainstorming call after you complete the worksheet. You can call before hiring me, during the process, and after we finalize. 

Do we meet in person?
I work by phone and email because my clients are nationwide and worldwide.  

Do you have evening or weekend hours?
Hours are 9-5, M-F.  I often Live Chat after hours and on weekends.

Can you guarantee that the resume will generate interviews and a job?
The resume is designed to land interviews.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee? 
I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Keep a log of your job search progress. If you do not land interviews in 60-days after sending out resumes every day targeting positions that you are qualified for, let me know. Save the job ads for my review. Sometimes there are circumstances beyond your control such as being at the right place at the right time, the industry being small or experiencing layoffs, and your competition. If we can identify that something in the resume needs to be modified, I will make that change at no additional cost.
